The base beer for Yūki is a clone of the historic Courage Russian Imperial Stout, aged for ~12 months in Japanese whisky barrels, previously Jim Beam barrels.

Yūki has rich, caramel and chocolate flavours, boosted by notes of rum, tobacco and wood. Named Yūki for a Japanese word for ‘courage’.
