Double dry-hopped this and double dry-hopped that. Do you remember when we used to single dry-hop beers? Nothing too excessive, full of flavour but still sticking to a pale ale that's actually pale. This beer is a testament to the history of brewing and a opportunity to see beauty in simplicity. Crisp, clean and surprisingly sessionable considering Polly's history of heavy hitters.
