Thankfully this delicious Imperial Stout instead takes its inspiration from the late night coffee that kept these thinkers awake, as well as the caramel Stroopwafel that even the greatest minds can't resist dunking.

A lightly spiced stout that oozes with caramel sweetness throughout a body that balances Cassia Bark, Cinder Toffee, a splash of Tanzanian Vanilla and a generous serving of fresh ground Costa Rican coffee beans from the gourmet coffee experts over at James Gourmet.
