Citra and Simcoe. A match made in heaven, and a pairing that have many, many... many incredible craft beers in their resume. But here Polly's have used them in a way that's a little different, combined with their LA3 Yeast Strain and all the extra tricks they've learned in three years of being one of our favourite breweries. Uncanny Valley is something a little familiar, and something a little bit new, pumped full of pineapple, mango, and papaya flavour.

Hops: Citra and Simcoe
Origin: Mold, Wales
