This is a proper Oatmeal stout, brewed to honour the original Hammerton of the 1950's and offering a true taste of London. Pouring jet black with a pleasingly dry mouthfeel and notes of roasted malt and dark chocolate. A good, old fashioned stout. Plain and simple.
