Northern Monk - Single Hop DDH IPA - 6.5% ABV - 440ml Can - Vegan Friendly

 The latest in Northern Monks series of single hop beers, designed to celebrate creativity, features a collaboration with textiles artist Laura Slater, who does an incredible job of capturing the hazy, chaotic fusion of flavours that can come from just one hop. 

The hop in question? Idaho 7. Double dry-hopped to get the absolute maximum amount of flavour from it, then backed up with the house IPA yeast for sticky flavours of tropical orange, black tea and pine needles.
