For Partizan’s first sour ale they’ve taken a considered and unique approach to this modern, yet not-so-modern, beer style. Using a newly discovered strain of yeast called Lachanca that produces both alcohol and lactic acid. Slower to ferment than kettle sour, expect a delicate tartness and more complexity.
