Inspired by a Vault's series of hop-heavy Sour beers, this takes the IPA in a citrusy new direction. The product of experimentation with a perfect balance of Citra and Enigma hops for a dank juiciness, finished with generous helping of real Mandarin juice for a wonderfully bright and drinkable beer.
