They do it differently in the North. They're brewing 110%... 100% of the time. They take 8.5% DIPA's a pump them 101.5% full of Enigma, Cyro Chinook, Mosaic and El Dorado. Then they brew again, whilst thinking about deep, metaphysical things. Like what? Don't even worry about it.
