This big cat is cuddlier than it seems with sweet, mellow notes of peach that provide a backbone to resinous, earthy punches of fresh pine needle that ensure this brew lives up to its pre-historic name. Brewed to a hazy West-Coast Style and making use of Polly's Pyramid Dry-Hopping technique that makes use of smaller and smaller hop additions in each round, ensuring maximum flavour is squeezed out of every last one.
