Limoncello IPA (V)

ORA Brewing - IPA - 6% ABV - 330ml Bottle

The idea is to recreate the velvet Limoncello from Sorrento mashing in with extra pale and caragold to give a lemon-like colour, lots of flaked oats for a rounded body and lactose for the "ice cream" effect. And lots of Lemons from Sorrento of course..

We've got a handful of these left over from our ORA/Brewheadz Tap Takeover so we though we'd give you the opportunity to taste it.

Malts: Extra pale, Caragold, flaked oats
Hops: Citra
Other ingredients: Lemons IGP from Sorrento (Naples)
