Light, delicate and subtle. A riff on the classic pairing of beer and lemon AKA the shandy. A more complex aroma from the choice of beautifully expressive yeast and the addition of thyme gently twist this beer into something much more grown up and is perfect before or at the beginning of a meal, the thyme just a little suggestive of a botanical driven aperitif designed to excite the olfactory and to soothe the digestive. Incredibly refreshing and more-ish.
