Kong is a big and bold, dry-hopped pale ale, brewed to celebrate the Troxy, named after the 8th wonder of the world and Troxy's first ever screening in 1933. Troxy in East London is the UK's biggest independent venue. It's also where Signature Brew launched their first ever band collab beer with The Rifles back in 2011.
