One thing I've noticed about craft beer brewers is that they all love space. Something about exploring new galaxies just gets them excited, it's probably that excited that keeps them pushing the boundaries of flavour. Here we have an IPA that breaks through the event horizon to find perfect harmony between hops, malt yeast and water.

It's a lot like what happened to Matthew McConaughey, but instead of all that sciencey exposition you get sweet citrus and tropical fruit flavour.
