With Indecision Time, as the name suggests, Burning Sky has struggled to stick to just one hop combination. Instead they've opted for a craft beer with an ever changing line up, designed to showcase the best of modern hops, offering a unique experience on each brew.

The latest outing matches Citra, which at this point is a household name of hops, and the fairly unexplored: Talus hop. The result is a beer that pours thick orange, but is light and crisp on the lips with a heavy floral aroma and resinous lemon zest.
