Dante meets Icarus in the 8th circle of inferno. Icarus devises a plan to escape by using wings made of wax. They escape, but Icarus flies too close to the sun, the wax melts and Icarus falls to the sea. Saison brewed with lemongrass and homegrown bay leaf from Tottenham, and infused with Chinook, Mandarin Bavaria and Lemondrop hops.
