A beer that began as an experiment and ended with the exact right balance between between Sabro, and supporting hops Chinook and Columbus, for a grassy, bitter backbone with pleasing, aromatic notes of coconut, mint and lime. We could get into the science of it all, 20kg of dry-hopped Sabro, 20kg of Centennial and Chinook, but do you really career about that? It's a great craft beer with some really great hops.
