Galileo (V)

Mondo Brewing - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 11.5% ABV - 440ml Can

Brewed in collaboration with Heretic Brewing (US). Pale Ale malt provides the base, Aromatic, Black, Carafa III, Crystal, Roast Barley and Special B added for colour, flavour and body, along with Dextrose and Lactose. Fuggles hops for bittering. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain. Aged 18 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, then blended back with a clean batch of the base beer.
