This imperial stout is brewed with 7 different malts to give a deep full mouth feel, filled with complexity of coffee, chocolate and dark fruits. Exale then added sustainably sourced seaweed from SHORE in Scotland to give an umami hit and dry hopped with crushed oyster shells for a mineral saline hit. This beer is Dark and complex and not for those afraid of adventuring to new depths.
