The term mild had meant a lot of different things to a lot of different people throughout beer history. Here it refers to a low in alcohol but full in flavour dark ale, made exclusively with ingredients from the UK.

Fruit, chocolate and nut flavours are expressed from the Mal, hops and yeast. Water and yeast have been manipulated to enhance mouthfeel and body.
