Crunchy Popped Cheese - Emmental (GF)

Cheesies have a taste that's hard to put your finger on. Oh wait, no they don't! It's just cheese. How they do it we're not too sure, capturing the tasty snacking quality of pop corn with the undeniable genius of cheese.

The perfect pub snack? Maybe. They're a great snack for any situation really, but we think they taste even better with a beer.
