Bianca Road Brewing Co - Citra Mosaic Kveik IPA - 6.8% ABV - 440ml Can

Brewed as part of Bianca Road's new Twin Beer Special, separating the batch after the boil phase and letting some experimentation lead the way. Chaos is fermented with Kveik yeast for fresh lemon flavours which are then double dry hopped for sweet notes of mango, bubblegum and stone fruit. This is beer behaving badly.
