From East Sussex to Derbyshire with a sprinkling of California. This hop heavy collaboration DIPA uses both California Ale yeast and London Fog yeast hazy flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and honey. Expect a velvet mouthfeel with a hint of bitterness.
