Big Salad (V)

"It's a salad, only bigger, with lots of stuff in it."

I don't know for sure that is a reference to the meal in Seinfeld that, like many things, caused George Costanza to lose his cool - but I chose to belief it is.

The beer itself is much more agreeable than Elaine's infamous Big Salad, blending a whirlpool of Idaho 7, Chinook and Citra for a cloud haze of stonefruit and citrus flavours. Aaah, refreshing.
