Brew York - Barrel Aged Cherry, Coconut, Cacao, Tonka and Vanilla Milk Stout - 9.5% ABV - 440ml Can

Originally brewed back in July 2019 as an amplified version of Tonkoko with added Cherries, this beer has spent 12 months maturing in a selection of French Burgundy wine barrels for an even more complex but rounded finish.

Brewed as part of Brew York's State Of Mind series, designed to explore one-off, small-batch and experimental beer processes like barrel-ageing and other exciting and unusual styles of beer.
