Brewing their first ever Barley Wine (a style we think will have a serious moment in the next year or so!) Polly's have taken inspiration for the US pioneers of the style with generous additions of Centennial for an aromatic, herbal bitterness. Blended with a more traditional malt bill for notes of sweet, dried fruit. Polly's Brew are pushing their boundaries and we love it!
